1. Scope
This policy applies to paid home office audit services purchased from Hipsnewil, a business located in St. George, Utah, United States. Digital reports and live consultations are non-tangible services.
2. Before your walkthrough
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled video walkthrough and we have not begun drafting your report, you may receive a full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
3. After scheduling
If the walkthrough has taken place but the written report has not been delivered, you may qualify for a 50% refund at our discretion. After the report is sent, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable state consumer protection law.
4. Rescheduling
One free reschedule is available with at least 24 hours notice. Additional reschedules may incur a $25 administrative fee, disclosed before you confirm.
5. Team and enterprise packages
Unused seats in team packages may be refunded within 60 days of purchase if no walkthrough occurred for those seats. Custom enterprise agreements follow the written contract.
6. How to request a refund
Email clients@hipsnewil.world with your name, order date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.
7. Chargebacks
Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
8. State-specific rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your state of residence.
